The Famous 5 Gala was a tremendous success this past week!

Hosted at the Hotel Arts, the night was sure one to remember. A big thanks goes out to their staff as well as an outstanding list of sponsors.

Chefs who provided the amazing food for the evening included; Chef Kathleen Blake from Orlando’s Rusty Spoon and Edmonton’s award-winning Chef Lindsay Porter, Winsport’s Wanda Ly and Executive Chef Judy Wood of Four Seasons/Buchanan’s/Sunterra fame,  Erin Pickering, sous chef to Executive Chef Nicole Gomes, a former Top Chef contestant, Executive Chef Andrea Harling of MadeFoods, formerly of Brava Bistro and finally on Desserts was Natascha Schwarzer of Cococo Chocolatiers and the female pastry chefs of Hotel Arts.
